Carlo Alessandro Puri Negri is Chairman of Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A. and member of the Board of Directors of Sator S.p.A..
From 1975 to 1977 he was executive producer for La Biennale of Venice; between 1977 and 1987 he held different positions in L’Espresso and Mondadori Groups (television, marketing and advertising).
In 1988 he joined Pirelli Group. In 1989 he became CEO and Deputy Chairman of Milano Centrale (in 2002 listed as Pirelli RE). In 1996 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of Camfin S.p.A. (first shareholder of Pirelli & C. S.a.p.a.) and joined the Board of Directors of Pirelli S.p.A., in 1999 general partner of Pirelli & C. S.a.p.a.. Following the merger of the two companies he was named Deputy Chairman of Pirelli & C. S.p.A.. In march 2009 he left Pirelli RE and in 2010 all others roles in Pirelli Group and Camfin.
From 2002 to 2010 he was board member in several companies, such as Artemide Group S.p.A., Aon Italia S.pA. S.p.A., Capitalia S.p.A., Olivetti S.p.A., Permasteelisa S.p.A. and Telecom S.p.A.; he was also Chairman of Hangar Bicocca (Contemporary Art Foundation), Deputy Chairman of Assoimmobiliare, member of the board of directors of Istituto Europeo di Oncologia, of Fondazione Pirelli as well as member of the Real Estate International Advisory Board at Harvard University.
He is Chairman of Fratelli Puri Negri S.A.p.A. and of S.A.C.R.A. S.p.A., as well as board member of Aon Italia S.p.A. and of Banca Profilo S.p.A.
